What services does your band offer?

Our band provides live music entertainment for wedding receptions, ceremonies, corporate and private events and parties.  We offer a diverse range of musical genres to suit your preferences and ensure a memorable experience. We can play with full kit for livelier events or stripped back acoustic sets for more intimate and relaxed events.   

How many musicians are in your band?

Our band typically consists of 4 skilled musicians, including a lead vocalist, guitarist, bass guitarist and drummer.

Can we customise the band's line-up and song selection?

Absolutely! We understand that each wedding or event is unique, and we are happy to work with you to customise the band's lineup and select songs that best represent your taste and style.  We regularly get asked to play requests for a first dance for example. 

Do you perform at destination weddings?

Yes, we are available for destination weddings both within the UK and internationally. Additional travel expenses may apply for events outside our local area. Please get in touch with us for more information. 

What is the process for booking your band for our wedding or event?

To book, simply contact us via our website (see link above), and we'll guide you through the process. We'll discuss your date, venue, musical preferences, and other details to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Do you provide sound equipment and lighting?

Yes, our band comes fully equipped with professional-grade PA sound systems and lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for your celebration.  Some venues have lighting already so we may ask you to check with the venue before the event. 

Can the band accommodate special song requests?

Certainly! We encourage you to provide us with any special song requests, whether it's for your first dance, parent dances, or any other sentimental moments during the event.  We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

How long does the band typically perform?

Our standard performance duration is approximately 2.5-3 hours, which includes 2 short breaks between sets. However, we are flexible and can adjust the performance duration based on your event's schedule.

Will the band need a break?

Yes, we usually take short breaks between sets to rest and prepare for the next performance. During these breaks, we can play background music to maintain the party's ambiance if required. 

Can you provide references or client testimonials?

Certainly! We're proud of our track record and happy to provide you with references or direct you to client testimonials that showcase the positive experiences of past clients.

How far in advance should we book your band?

To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking our band at least 6 months in advance.  Popular wedding dates tend to fill up quickly, so early booking is advisable. We occasionally get a cancellation so please let us know your date and we will do our best to accommodate you if we are available. 

What are your payment terms and cancellation policy?

Our payment terms and cancellation policy will be provided in detail during the booking process. Typically, a deposit is required to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance.

Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?

Our initial quote includes all standard fees, but there may be additional costs for specific requests, extended performance hours, or travel expenses for destination events. These will be discussed and agreed with you before finalising the booking. 

Can we see the band perform live before booking?

Absolutely! We periodically play public performances where you are welcome to come and experience our band playing live. Alternatively, you can see our video on this website or we can also provide you with some videos clips from some of our previous performances to give you a sense of our performance.

What types of music genres do you cover?

Our wedding band is versatile and can cover a wide range of music genres, including pop, rock, R&B, soul, country, and more. We can work with you to create a tailored playlist if you prefer that suits your taste. Please see our ‘Set list’ section for more information. 

Can you provide background music for other parts of the wedding or event?

Certainly! In addition to our main performance, we can provide soft background music through our PA system if required.  Please let us know before the event so we can ensure it is the right playlist for your taste and event. 

Can you help with special announcements?

Absolutely! Our band vocalists can handle announcements such as food being ready or introductions of VIPs if required. Please just let us know what you need. 

Will the band be able to learn and perform a special song that is not on your playlist?

Yes, we'd be delighted to learn and perform a special song that holds significance to you. Please provide us with the song details in advance, and we'll do our best to make it a memorable part of your celebration.

How early will the band arrive at the venue for setup?

We typically arrive at the venue well in advance of the scheduled performance time to allow ample time for setup, sound checks, and preparation.

Are there any technical requirements or space considerations for the band's setup?

We'll discuss technical requirements and space considerations with your venue coordinator beforehand. We typically need a designated performance area, access to power outlets, and sufficient space for our equipment.

Do you require a deposit to secure our date?

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your date on our calendar. The deposit amount and payment details will be provided upon enquiry.
